Thanks – they are a really buggy site but I’ve persisted to get my $50 payout…hopefully.

I hope you can get a good result. I ended up having to wait 3 months for a payout from American Consumer Opinion after my payout i left them, suggest you do the same thing with Vindale. Most of the US based survey sites dont seem to be worth the trouble for Australians.
I’ll definitely persist to get the money out! If it wasn’t for the good exchange rate I probably wouldn’t have stuck with them for a second payout…
