KFC Feedback

Visited Campbelltown store. Ordered 8 pieces chicken and asked for a breast piece. Did not receive it. Instead received 3 wings, burnt to a crisp with no edible meat, 2 drumsticks and 3 other pieces with barely any meat which was all burnt. 3 large chips were cold. Out of 2 large meals purchased, cheap as chips meal and chicken feast totalling $40.95, there was not enough food to feed 3 adults and 2 toddlers! Don’t boast about your food. It is nothing to brag about! Had to end up cooking some dinner. Disgraceful!

Bought a family feast with 6 nuggets at Tamworth store
The customer before me said good luck with your order as she had to come back twice.

Didn’t get 1 large chips
No Large coleslaw
No nuggets
No 1.25 drink
Went back to receive the rest of my order
I was treated like I was lying, I asked if anyone checked the order her reply was we are busy
To me that is no excuse she just didn’t really care at all
I think there no customer service at all it just a job

The chips were seasoned well. Chicken tasted really nice and cooked well.

Ordered a stacker box and asked Georgie server that i do not want the original chicken in it .. can pls changed it into wicked wings. The person did not changed my chicken instead charges me with 3 wicked wings…I did not realise it when i came home and i opened the box , its not the chicken i wanted . I checked my receipt and the person charges me a wicked wings that ain’t inside the box .. I rang up and make a complaint .

Fast in preparing and friendly

Terrible food.Chips are always soggy,all the chicken was burnt and tasted terrible.I will never enter another KFC store again.The staff are not trained in customer skills,when we entered the store there was a dispute with an irrate customer at the till so spent 10 mins listening to his complaint and your staff’s ill trained response. I will be telling everyone of our harrowing experience at KFC,terrible food and all round terrible experience,Bet you don’t print this complaint.By the way the store in question was Scrub Rd in Carindale,Brisbane.

Usually am served by Michelle at the Capalaba park store she used to be over at Capalaba Central and for years now she always welcomes us with a big smile and has the best customer service 🙂 Always asks if we are having a great day and tells us to have a great afternoon 🙂 if there is any problems when we order she is always helpful with recommending other items instead 🙂 always get great food at both of these stores 🙂
