The Morley store is beyond a joke. They are so slow. waited 10 minutes to be served today (there was nobody in front of me), then waited 15 minutes to get my food. I know drive through have priority but waiting 25 minutes to get food is ridiculous. Got home and realised the piece of chicken wasn’t in there and chips were only half full.
Visited Campbelltown store. Ordered 8 pieces chicken and asked for a breast piece. Did not receive it. Instead received 3 wings, burnt to a crisp with no edible meat, 2 drumsticks and 3 other pieces with barely any meat which was all burnt. 3 large chips were cold. Out of 2 large meals purchased, cheap as chips meal and chicken feast totalling $40.95, there was not enough food to feed 3 adults and 2 toddlers! Don’t boast about your food. It is nothing to brag about! Had to end up cooking some dinner. Disgraceful!

The customer before me said good luck with your order as she had to come back twice.
Didn’t get 1 large chips
No Large coleslaw
No nuggets
No 1.25 drink
Went back to receive the rest of my order
I was treated like I was lying, I asked if anyone checked the order her reply was we are busy
To me that is no excuse she just didn’t really care at all
I think there no customer service at all it just a job
Yuk yuk yuk. That would have to be the worst ever. The strips were like eating boot leather. Extremely overly massively salty and horrible
They were over cooked and generally yuk
The service I recieved was very slow,my food that I had ordered was not hot the burgers and chips were old and tasteless I did not enjoy my Visit at KFC.
Ordered a stacker box and asked Georgie server that i do not want the original chicken in it .. can pls changed it into wicked wings. The person did not changed my chicken instead charges me with 3 wicked wings…I did not realise it when i came home and i opened the box , its not the chicken i wanted . I checked my receipt and the person charges me a wicked wings that ain’t inside the box .. I rang up and make a complaint .
