I went drive thru and ordered burger box gave me the wrong burgers and no sweet n sour sauce or serviette. I didn’t have time to go back to get the right order, not happy about that.
Please put salt on your chips. I go to kfc in hamilton vic and the staff there brush over it every time i ask to put extra salt on the chips and there is absolutly no salt at all its has happened every time i go through the drive though please take concideration of this and ensure that the staff actually listen to the customers and not skip out on what they want just to save some time.
I am Quite up set we go into kfc kwinana store 7510 to get lunch we find out we have to order chicken nuggets becouse thay dont do chicken popcorn eny more why thay werr ideal for the little ones to eat than the nuggets . Thank you kevin
We went to Parramatta store out of area and was extremely disappointed about the 2 piece feeder meal. The chicken was over cooked and the chips cold. Not sure if I will buy it again.
My hubby and i visited the new KFC at Yamanto on Sunday. The salad we ordered was ordinary, only lettuce,cherry tomatoes and a small chicken fillet. Chip packets were half empty and my popcorn chicken was full of leftover crumbs and not much Chicken. There were no packets of cutlery to eat salad with and when I asked, the young girl rolled here eyes and went to look for some. The staff were inconvenienced by the customers. Overall not a nice experience at this outlet. Sorry! Not a kfc we will go back to.
Slow service. Drivethru staff ask “is that it” when you place any meal? How about “anything else”! Kind of rude don’t you think! Wangaratta manager on now after I complained again about another incorrect order offered a replacement meal! Sure if you deliver!!!! I made the effort, how about you? Then was told not to get kfc again! Fantastic service.
Visited the KFC Melville store at 5:00pm Sunday. Sat in a queue for 15mins to be served. Lady took my order and money. Waited in drive thru for another few mins before getting to the window to be told they don’t have original chicken for the super variety bucket I ordered and I’d have to sit in the car park for another 15 mins waiting for it to cook!!!!! I am furious. It’s supposed to be fast food. I could have stayed home and cooked in the 30 mins it’s taken me to get my order.
I have spent $44:85 and have had to wait 30mibs for good. What a disgrace. No offer of any vouchers for inconvenience
KFC Bomaderry is understaffed! I have been through Drive Thru and eaten in over the many years living in the area. During the past month, on more than one occasion, I have had to wait over 30 min for my meal. The service is rushed and some of my orders have been incorrect, meaning another wait in line.
Staff hair (male and female) is not pulled back off their face and has the possibility of going in the food.
I will not be returning.
Upon ordering two large meals I noticed on my receipt I was charged 50c for an aioli dipping sauce. When I piointed out I had NOT ordered this sauce I was told it is part of any large order regardless if it was ordered. I find this an extraordinary sly way that KFC are unfairly profiting on each large order. Adding the cost of unwanted items is tantamount to cheating every customer ordering a large meal of 50c. Doesn’t sound much but added up to every large order KFC are profiting from this scurrilous business practice. Not only was I charged for an unwanted item, upon receiving our meals we DID NOT even receive the aioli !!!!
There should off been more chicken pieces in the box you only get 4 pieces i don’t like the chips there are not all that good i like the other things that where in the box its not worth $14.45 for 4 pieces of chicken
