Even though there was only one staff member assigned to taking and completing all the front counter orders and a line had formed at the time we were there, he did his job with a friendly professional attitude and a high level of efficiency.
What I am most unsatisfied about is TV ads that are played even when the deal being advertised, is no longer available, it is most embarrassing to go to the counter and ask for a deal you have just seen advertised to be told it is no longer available, even when the advertising is still on display in the store. False advertising in my opinion and I will not purhase any other product at that time I just walk out of the store and go somewhere else.

Coffs Harbour plaza store 1452 continually gets orders wrong by time you get home your missing items paid for. This is happening on a regular basis not just by me but many other people Ive spoken too. Fortunately The disabled gent Im a carer for was redeemed his missing items. Customer Service & Quality Control have diminished. SORRY wish my feedback was positive.
Would have loved to fill in the survey about the disaster that was my experience at KFC Melrose Park SA tonight but didn’t get offered the receipt so I’m going to vent here. Ordered an Ultimate box (Original) and Double Crunch combo (no pepper mayo) both up sized. We waited until 2 people who ordered after us had been given their meals to ask where ours was, to be told that it had been given to someone else. We had seen this but we didn’t know if they had ordered the same thing or not so didn’t say anything at the time. Then our order was remade and given to us, luckily as we had no power at home we decided to eat in which is not normal, we also weren’t asked if it was dine in or take away at the time of ordering so I opened my bag to find a regular chips even though I ordered a large, was given a large and the regular box was left on the counter until a customer picked it up with his order about 10 minutes later. Got to a table and opened my Double Crunch burger to see if it had pepper mayo on it which it didn’t but also discovered that it didn’t have any lettuce either. Hubby opened his box and bit into his Original Fillet burger to discover they had given him a Zinger in error. Had to go to the counter again to get this replaced. An apology was given but it wasn’t real, just words with no feeling behind them. The store wasn’t that busy as it was between 7.00pm-7.30pm. Another person had had to come into the store because his takeaway order was incorrect and he waited a good 15 minutes for it to be corrected as well
Ordered 3 boxed KFC meals at Warrawong (NSW) Store tonight (order no 1114), paid an extra $5.95 for a large coleslaw (on receipt) but when I got home found that it was not in my order! Also no serviettes, spoons or drinking straws. Tried to call the store to complain but the number just rang out!
KFC Narre Warren in VIC a very long wait to order food (I visited at 5.40pm on a wed) i went to front counter but they seemed to concentrate on the drive thru folks only. Interior of restaurant extremely dirty floor and tables I had to clear away an area for myself to eat at. Cleanliness needs fixing the good thing my food was hot and order was correct.
Floor was filthy and bins inside needed emptying.
The staff were friendly tho.

Noble park went thru drive thru waited so long turned car off customer service did not even open window to let us know how long we would be waiting
Chips are always under cooked 8 out of 10 times I get KFC and they are always out of sweet and sour sauce
Very satisfied especially with the value and flavour of popcorn chicken snack boxes.Always nice and hot too.

Just went to kallanger store and they forgot to put in some of my order was very disappointed

We were at KFC dalby in wed night and our service was by Shaun. He was fantastic .
I really enjoy kfc as a treat. My favorite is the fillets box as it doesnt seem as greasy as the pieces can sometimes be.

Went through the drive threw and the chicken was greasy and we didn’t get Napkin’s and spoons for the potato and gravy.
Service was good. Chips are never cooked enough. They should be golden brown not heated up potato.
No napkins were provided. Or a wet one. Makes cleaning up hard when your in the car.
