Having trouble logging into Pureprofile?

Pureprofile have introduced new security measures to access your account now.

From today, you will be asked to verify every device you use to login to your account. This may be a brand new device or it may be an existing device that has had an app or software update since you last verified your account.

This means you may get one or more emails asking you to verify your device/s before you’re able to login.

While it is good Pureprofile is taking security seriously, it also can be frustrating logging into your account. I have found its easier to keep an email that has been send from them and click on that to log directly into Pureprofile, but if you are doing that make sure its definitely from Pureprofile.
