ID now required for Octopus Group

Octopus Group now will require you to provide government ID when making a redemption.

Octopus Group claim this is to protect the Octopus Group community from scammers, bots and fraudulent activity.

Octopus Group are using the DVS system which means Octopus Group will not see your document but will essentially receive a pass or fail message.

Whilst i understand they are trying to prevent against fraudulent activity, most people who complete surveys regularly would be only earning a few dollars a month for surveys so unless you are earning a fair amount each month i think asking for government ID should not necessary.
