Once you long into the OZ panel website, near the top of the page on the left side you will see a button “Cash In Your Credit” click that and it will take you to the page to redeem your points.
I haven’t been able to redeem my points the message reads … Sorry, but the system has encountered an internal error and cannot go on with the interview at this stage.

Hey guys for anyone that can’t redeem the points I just got off the phone with the lady from Oz panel , she said make sure all your information is correct a.k.a. address and phone number, as mine weren’t even on there I had to fill them out, and as soon as I fill them out, I was able to redeem my points
