Catagraph Surveys Review
Its not clear if Catagraph Surveys are still running, although their website is still operational.
The owner of Catagraph was found guilty of embezzlement in 2019. According to the news article linked below whilst he was working at Quality Online Research he was responsible for paying panel respondents incentives through PayPal. While carrying out this part of his role, he was found to have misappropriated funds into his own or false PayPal accounts. In 2016 he left Quality Online Research to set up his own survey panel Catagraph.

Once your start to complete surveys at Catagraph you will earn from $1 for the shorter surveys where longer surveys can pay as much as $10. If you are screened out you will receive between 10 cents and $1 depending on how many screening questions you answered.
Once you have earned $30 at Catagraph you can claim a reward. Rewards at Catagraph include PayPal, eGift Cards for Coles or Woolworths or you can donate your reward to a charity.
Just be aware that reward claims are only processed once a month with Catagraph.
Its not recommended to complete surveys at Catagraph.

I joined Catagraph quite a few years ago. Surveys are few and far between. I have redeemed in the past but haven’t had enough surveys in the last year or more to be able to redeem. I have emailed them a couple of times and they won’t reply. I’ve done over $20 worth of surveys but can’t redeem because minimum is $30 which I don’t think they’ll allow me to reach therefore I have done all these surveys I don’t think I’ll ever be paid for. I would avoid them. They are not honourable
I redeemed $30 on 1 June 2025 but haven’t received my payment. I have emailed them numerous times with zero replies. I also tried phoning them with the phone number supplied on the Catagraph site, but nobody answers and the voice mail is a different company. While Catagraph used to be good, I would now suggest giving this survey site a total miss because it appears that nobody is there anymore.

Unfortunately is unlikely you will receive your money from Catagraph.
He is also linked to restless candles a candle making business which has got a lot of complaints in the last 6months of people not receiving their orders.
