KFC is offering a free 600ml drink by doing a short survey about your recent visit to there store.
Here is how it works when you purchase anything at KFC you will be given a receipt, then scan the QR code on the receipt, fill out the survey and you will then receive a coupon code via email within 24 hours.
Then on you next visit when you spend $4.95 or more you can claim your reward.

I have tried for 3 days to do your survey for a free go cup. All the info I provide is valid & correct. It says you have 30 days to respond. Thirty days is up on June 3. My receipt is for May 3. Today is 5/25, so I believe I have qualified myself for the survey. Maybe you don’t want your customers to have a free go cup. If that is the case, then stop printing it on the receipt. If not the case, then accept the info given and issue a validation code.

The free chips and drink offer is only available in KFC Australian stores, you will need to contact KFC in your country to see what offers they have.

Its fine to go to a different KFC to get your free chips and drink.
Your most recent special, a slider for 2 dollars is just terrible. The photo of the product is nothing like the actual product, and it tasted old and soggy

Hi KFC store in kelvin grove Brisbane i purchase special deal every Tuesday night that was $9.95 for pcs chicken. so we get 1 breast 6 tiny wing and 2 leg

Ordered a 3piece box at Kempsey KFC to eat in. After opening the box and looking in and seeing the size of the 3 pieces of chicken and that there were 2 wings and a drumstick I felt totally ripped off, I took a photo of 1 of the wings. It was so small and dried out I couldn’t believe that it would be even considered to be served to anyone. I took the box back to show and ask if this was for real . I was told that it was 3 regular pieces of chicken. To me it was embarrassing to be sitting there and expected to eat and enjoy 3 of the smallest pieces of chicken I have ever seen in one box. Totally ripped off. Never again KFC.

I went to kfc corio on Wednesday night and ordered two dipping boxes to get home and relise they had given me two differant meals. I had a day at doctors most of the day with my sick daughter and thought we woukd get kfc on the way home and even the meals they had given us were absolutely crap meals were cold and i coukdnt be vothered going back to complain kfc need to lift there services. One very uoset and annoyed customer
I was happy with the service. Unfortunately my youngest son came out of surgery earlier that day and the first thing he asked for was 15 wicked for $10. So we went to the KFC store at Port Pirie. I went in store to order and i was told. Sorry we have run out of wicked wings and we are now doing doing 24 nuggets for $10. Luckily my son also enjoys nuggets but they were soft and not cooked properly. He only ate a few. A bit disappointing.
Also last week i ordered a 3 piece feed for myself and there was only
2 pieces in the meal. Sadly to say but this is the second time that this has happened. I would of returned back to the store but i got the meal for work and i couldnt leave work to return the meal.
I’ve given this place several chances but tonight will be the last time I buy anything from this store, the twister and chips were soggy and cold, chicken was dry, staff taking the order had no personality didn’t apologise for long wait through drive in and didn’t even bother to say hi. Will be driving all the way to Oxenford KFC from now on as they have better chicken and service and friendlier staff.
That was the Helensvale KFC store on Siganto Drive.

I don’t eat often at KFC only when I feel like. It’s because I don’t want to get tired eating KFC chicken. But I like it specially when it’s crispy. I often order wicked wings because i am fond of spicy dishes.
I love the chicken and the chips but I don’t like when I get home from a 20 min drive and my chips are only half full it happens all the time from the 3 kfc stores I use
i like kfc a lot normally burgers but also 2 piece feeds service at runaway bay is always good compared to other stores i visit food seem to be fresher maybe the turnover is better .

I like your chicken and chips ,we purchased last night and the chicken was nice but the chips were cold and the spicy wings were not spicy at all ,I think they forgot to put the spice in them. bit dissappointed as we only buy on special occasions .but we enjoyed the chicken. years ago the chicken had a different taste are you not putting in the same spices?. the service was very good ,lovely staff.

I had kfc today and felt sick the chips is so soggy and the chicken lacking flavour and the pieces are shrinking in size. To be honest Hungry Jacks fixed the chips sogginess problem why can’t KFC do the same I used to love KFC chips but just like all the fast food suppliers quantity comes before quality and who cares now a days about customer service they all care about money

hi i always buy kfc at Springfield lakes i ask for 3 piece box and ask 2 ribs and a leg everytime i get different no ribs no legs .

at River link KFC today i wanted the $5 lunch deal and they said they didn’t have anything in stock and that they didn’t have any other drinks except Pepsi and Pepsi max so i asked for the $5 deal with go bucket and drink they filled it up half way the box was half empty there was barely any chips in the box they come in it was a decrease………

A regular at this store. Tonite unbelievably each item was cold. Especially the chips. Not fresh and same for the popcorn. This is the first time ever and I was in at 8.15pm

I always get friendly, helpful & quick service at all outlets that I frequent. The young assistants always have a smile on their face & use a pleasant voice. I feel happy every time I leave the counter. With the smell coming from the bag, I can’t wait to eat the delicious food. Chicken is crunchy on outside & juicy on the inside. Chips are hot & not too salty. The potato & gravy is the best of the take away stores. I shouldn’t eat it as much as I do because of the calorie count but who can refuse such tasty food???

terribly slow service at this Kelmscott store. same problem each time I have been there. The in store service is extremely slow as all attention is given to the drive_thru. we have 2 other stores we can choose from so I don’t intend to go to Kelmscott again
