Here is how it works when you purchase anything at KFC you will be given a receipt, then scan the QR code on the receipt, fill out the survey and you will then receive a coupon code via email within 24 hours.
Then on you next visit when you spend $4.95 or more you can claim your reward.

I bought a family feast at Livingston KFC tonight and is terribly disappointed in the chicken.I waited for sometime because they busy frying more chicken .Then it was hot and spicy and did not look if it was cooked properly.I went back and spoke to the guy who served me but he did not even look interested. I won’t buy chicken there again because I through it in the garbage .Feeling miserable and very disappointed.
Your Doncaster Road, Doncaster KFC was in a complete mess with overflowing rubbish bins and chicken bones on the floor next to the bin opposite the front counter! One table was occupied and all the other vacant tables had left over food, wrappers and empty drink cans left on the tables and even drink spilled on some of the seats. My son mentioned the terrible state of the tables to the female serving and she said she had not had an opportunity to clean them as she had been too busy serving customers. In order to eat our meal at one of the tables, we had to clear the table ourselves and wipe it down with a left over sachet which is really not good enough. We spent more than 30 minutes inside the restaurant and during that time no attempt was made to clean any of the tables. We will definitely not be returning to Doncaster KFC.

We love eating at KFC weather we need a quick easy healthy meal as their burgers and salads are delicious or a quick snack the meals are always fresh hot and yummy . Even for babies starting to eat with their potato and gravy and easy to manage chips. Teenagers get to pick their meal without the rest of the family compromising their tastes as they accommodate everyone in every family. Even allowing some fussy tweens to swap items in their boxed favourites. At times even adding new items to the menu to give mums and dads a chance to not get bored with the fantastic menu. Great store and kid friendly restaurants as they never mind toddlers spilling their food accidentally .

Had the 5 star box for lunch today. Could not fault anything about it.
My husband and I had the 5 star box last night. It was really yummy and we enjoyed it very much. The staff a Roma Street Brisbane were so friendly and it was a great start to a great night.
My sister and i enjoyed 10pc original pack with chips drink and coleslaw and had some left over for the next day,we buy kfc every tuseday as we love trying food.
I ordered 3 pcs box ups meal with original piece this evening @ Beenleight KFC store it’s toke them 25mins to tell me that they only have hot n spicy left! All that times that i waited i just got asked if i wanted a refund! No apologies from the store manager that who served me in the first place! This is the Worst customers service from a fast food store that i ever experience.

Very disappointed. My self and family have spent a lot of money purchasing kfc over many many years and have completed the kfc feedback surveys at least 10 times in the past couple of months. The disappointing part is that on the receipt it states the survey within 3 days and you are also told this by the kfc staff, but you are also told by the staff that you will receive a free drink and chips on your next visit on completion of the survey. I have just found myself that this is not correct, you will only receive your drink and chips if you return to kfc within 14 days of your purchase. If I did not find this out for myself I would have gone into kfc with my completed survey code only to be refused and embarrassed. Do the right thing kfc I am sure this has happened to a lot of your loyal customers and you embarrass them. Firstly educate your staff and secondly put in on your receipts, you choose to hide behind conditions apply and have 14 days in fine print. You use customers to provide important information for your gain. Do the right thing.

You are correct about the terms of the KFC free chips and drinks, but I have never had a receipt checked to make sure it’s within the 14 day period. Also unofficially you do have more than 3 days to complete the survey.

Morayfield K.F.C. 23/ Nov/2016 6.15 pm My wife’s order for me chips, 2 chicken legs, and coldslaw.not drive through. The chips were salted way beyond what my tastebuds could handle(no request for salt was made) 2 over cooked chicken legs, that were unusually small, Coldslaw with no utensil to eat this, no napkin, no hand towel. I am 83 yrs old I have eaten in many K.F.Cs around the world, but unfortunately this is the worst meal I have ever tried to consume Yours Truthfully Bob
Kfc at Campbelltown are hopeless everytime i go there they get the order wrong and many times I’ve got home to find something missing now i don’t drive away from the window until i check everything is there last nightvi asked if gravy was there she said yep but not there and the so called ham steak on the Hawaiian double was like a plastic disc they don’t care what they serve you no care at all
Every time we go through drive through at Belmont Vic they never give us serviettes and wipes. It’s really frustrating,they also stuff the orders up 90℅ of the time. Improvement is a must….
Just visited the drive thru at KFC stockland mall wetherill park. We ordered two of the new bacon chicken burger boxes and a 2 piece feed box. Well the chips where hard and dry . I dont think they where cooked. My piece of chicken the drumstick was fried to death and the chicken meat was grey. We just chucked the dry tasteless burgers.Poor food preparation leads to illness. Dropped the ball and tripped over it guys. Management needs a good talking to very poor. Not happy this had happen again thought the last visit was a one off…..

I agree with some of the comments made here about the state of the food. I bought a chicken nugget box with chips. Nuggets were fine but not a grain of salt on the chips which were cold. I had to wait some time for them, one staff member serving only, another cleaning a machine another folding boxes while customers waited, 4 in line and more coming indoor. Not happy, wont go to Ballarat KFC again.

Just a short comment on my visit to Kentucky on Saturday afternoon. The young man that served me taking my order and money was fast efficient and his manners were impeccable . A dying thing with the young ones. His disposition was happy and he made my visit quick. I had been sick in the morning with a bug and wanted to get home from work. Mashed potatoes and gravy I love when I’m sick. I think his name is jyzarn. Also the girl made a mistake with the pieces of chicken I requested and she realised and rectified it immediately. She could have quite easily have let me drive off. My thoughts were what a quick lovely little team they were.
KFC at Western Highway , Ballarat Road, Deer Park, Victoria are hopeless. Missing chicken pieces, Half full chips and food was not hot. Very disappointing. Used to like KFC. Not sure if I will buy again.

I got a streetwise feast hot and spicy,the chicken strips batter wasn’t cooked long enough and the chicken batter was too oily….customer service was 110% i was only disappointed in the food
I was at K.F.C at morayfield on 24/3/17 i got the chips and gravy. i when through the drive through after i pay it took another 20. mins to get my order when i got it it was cold the chips look like they been sitting around for 30.mins and they look like old. and the gravy was cold to. it dose not matter if i pay $2.50 or $ 22.50 you aspect to get good Quality food. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN…..

Had KFC in the new store Burpengary tonight. chicken overcooked and all the meal cold. You would think a new store only days old would be getting it right. just wasted $36.80
i visited KFC Chermside on fri 21/4/17 at 12.15pm (note – lunch time) and ordered the zinger burger box meal only to be told that there would be at least a ten minute wait on the wicked wings. i told the staff member that i was not blaming her however surely the store manager or the kitchen staff should have noticed earlier that more cooked wings were needed. the manager agreed to allow me to pay for my meal and collect the wings when they were ready. matters became worse when my chips were cold and the counter staff forgot my coleslaw. very disappointed. many previous visits to this store have been excellent. mike
I just went to KFC Dubbo East (25/4/17). I don’t know why I keep going back because they usually forget something. Normally it’s just dipping sauce or maybe potato & gravy or even chips, but this time they forgot my Original Fillet Burger. I shouldn’t have to check my order every time, that’s their job. It wouldn’t be so bad if this was a ‘one off’ experience but it happens time & time again.

I’am working in Chadstone shopping center Melbourne victoria from last year December and from 1st day in Australia I love KFC as compare to MacDonald and Hungary jacks specially wicked wings,in starting at Chadstone KFC was very good but now for last I think 4,5 times I had very bad experience I don’t know what the staff is doing but the quality is getting down day by day only place is maintained their quality is Caroline shopping center KFC they are delicious but Chadstone shopping they keep disappointing me and also staff need some training of customer service,staff are too young they don’t know how to deal with customer and most of the time if I get a meal and I forget to pay the 50 cents supercharged sause they ask me rudely that you have to pay 50 cents that is ridiculous
