KFC is offering a free 600ml drink by doing a short survey about your recent visit to there store.
Here is how it works when you purchase anything at KFC you will be given a receipt, then scan the QR code on the receipt, fill out the survey and you will then receive a coupon code via email within 24 hours.
Then on you next visit when you spend $4.95 or more you can claim your reward.

Just attended the Sydney airport KFC at Mascot 8:00pm. Nothing wrong with the food, but the service was so slow despite two service staff wondering around doing nothing. It wasn’t busy yet a simple box meal not involving a burger or wrap still took 15 mins.
The girl serving was doing her best however she was not getting any help. I then watched other staff sitting within the restaurant with their feet on the tables and just making the area look like their lounge room. I know their entitled to a meal break, but people eat off those tables, the staff member in question was from an asian background sitting in the front room.
Just was a great experience and with a background in the fast food industry it’s not a good look

Twice I have bought $5 lunch boxes x2
Advertised boneless hot and spicy both times all the chicken had bones. No towelettes offered no spoons for the potato and gravy . This was at Yamanto store in Ipswich
I ordered family feast and I was pretty quick service at kfc Bankstown airport.
Hi, I love kfc chicken, in our country it’s a combine w/ rice. What if kfc try to combine of rice and chicken in a meal including soft drinks . Hopefully my idea is helpful . Thanks..

recently in in the last 3 visit to KFC I had purchase family feast and 3 time they put crap pieces of chicken first visit in the ten piece box I got give 4 wings 3 leg one breast one they and one rib .I complain on second visit about this and when I got home in the box was 3 wings 3 legs 2 they and 2 ribs , last night on the 13 of Aug 2015 I complained again ,when I got home again crap,, 4 legs 2 breasts one they and 2 ribs one of the leg pieces had all the top missing ,I am tired of these incompetent staff and paying for bone to feed the family , this was at the Mingara store central coast

we had the new tender fingerlings $5.00 lunch box from the Seaford K F C and they were very small not like you see on the t v add very disapointing

Aspley store in Brisbane, very poor service and arrogant about it as well. no hot n spicy as they ran out at 8pm….just under 10 minutes to get served with only 1 person in front of me…chips were not fresh at all…..never will return to that store…a joke really…female solid size manager on duty who had no management skills of her staff what so ever

The service was great but when I got home & opened up the box the chicken was way over cooked & there was a white hair on my chicken. It totally turned me off eating. The KFC was at Mermaid Beach.

Kfc Richmond rd Blacktown. Food always below par. Chicken is always dry. To especially so, but this time the chips were like cardboard and the gravy in the potato and gravy tastes like beef stock gravy. Not a place I would recommended for constant good service either.
I bought a dinner pack for 2 and chicken wings Wicked at KFC Lynbrook. (order number 5069)
not the food that I’m complaining about but of the 5 pieces of original recipe I got 3 wings I drumstick and 1 thigh. I thought 3 wings was just a little unfair don’t you think so ?.
The counter staff should be made aware to be more mindful when dishing out the pieces of chicken.
Any way I did not want to make a fuss over the counter as they were just about to be hit with the dinner crowd.
so, will some one in the head office look into high lighting this little matter so as to improve the name of KFC.
I do know that if I were to buy the normal 9 pieces I am to get 2 drumstick, 2 wings 2 thighs 2 ribs and a breast. right ?. that should be fair and no argument for that..

went to kentucky in fawkner in melbourne and was told they do not have bacon in their burgers , but l still got charged the same price. .l enjoy bacon so will be going to hungry jacks in future for a bacon burger.
Kfc is my favourite food,specially the chicken is so yummy,crunchy and delicious,I like all the food at kfc.
Was slow and they missed out two large chips from our order, not a good start considering the have only just opened, and the chips we did get were soggy. No napkins or spoons were given.

I had ordered burgers and chips. It was one of the worst burgers I’d had. It was horrible, flattened, tasteless, chicken lukewarm and why oh why did I buy it. Hard to get fresh food from KFC that is enjoyable to eat often times. The chips were OK, still could have been better

The best cooked K F C comes from the Gympie outlet [The one on Bruce highway] and I have many

I visited the store bought 9 pcs of hot spicy chicken and 9 pcs crunch chicken at Brown’s plain .Spicy chicken were not hot enough and crunch chicken’s skin were soft .Very disappointed.
I brought a ultimate box from KFC! I went home to eat it and found that there was no chicken in the box. I went back to KFC the next day to collect it when an arrogant woman wouldn’t give it to me because I didn’t ring the store! I asked her to display the policy when she said that she had just made the rules up and still refused to give us the food. KFC robbed me of my money which I had spent on that and the staff were very nasty, ignorant and rude. Never returning to the chain. I am being very lenient in giving kfc a 1/10, maccas, red rooster and hungry jacks is where ill be getting my food from! The food is better and they don’t ever mess the orders up! KFC you wrecked my day 😒

I read the feedback receipt as if I had already spent at least $4.95 on my current receipt, I would be entitled to a free pepsi and chips, once I got my validation code. That’s how the KFC sales person must have interpreted the condition as they just recorded the code and handed over the chips & pepsi without purchase.
My KFC was very fresh and tasty, the salads and chips completed a very satisfactory Dinner

I bought a 3 piece feed on Sunday 28/05/16 at Miranda, lunchtime, I received 3 CHICKEN WINGS in the box.This meal was bought for a disabled person who had to pay for it. Thanks for ripping us off with your so called set menu.
