KFC is offering a free 600ml drink by doing a short survey about your recent visit to there store.
Here is how it works when you purchase anything at KFC you will be given a receipt, then scan the QR code on the receipt, fill out the survey and you will then receive a coupon code via email within 24 hours.
Then on you next visit when you spend $4.95 or more you can claim your reward.

WORST EVER KFC experience is KFC Parks NSW. Not only did I have to wait half an hour to have my order taken but I didn’t even get what I ordered. Spoke to the store manager and was told that her area manager had told them to sell items that they didn’t have and to substitute. The manager did offer to put an extra piece of cheese on my incorrect burger to make up for substituting the burger. So I got my money back and went next door to McDonalds. So KFC took 40 minutes of my life that I’ll never get back. All I can say is be very aware of KFC Parkes, make sure you get what you pay for.

We went to KFC parkes nsw and waited 20 minutes to get served no 1 acknowledge that we were even there waiting people before us were waiting 20to30minutes to get there meal this is not good enought got home & the meal wasn’t that nice I wasn’t going back and go through that again this isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait that long something needs to be done about this problem thanks paul
My experience today was positive at your Baulkham Hills store.The assistant was very helpful as I had a special request to change a set item combination.She checked with the store duty manager and was able to help me.The food was fresh and excellent value for money.Keep up the great service !!!

OMG !!! I didnt even get my meal in a bag just handed straight out the window.No napkins No straws. Richmond Rd Blacktown you outdone yourselves !!!! waste of money wont go back there.Keep your free stuff .

On Friday the 12/09/2014 I ordered 10 pc orginal chicken lge potato& gravy and a lge coleslaw.
I did asked them not to put any thighs in her reply was we have to put in at least 2 thighs in so I said o.k BUT when I got home they had put in 5pieces of thighs I was not bloody impressed.
So I will never go back to kfc again until they start listen to there customers

My husband and myself take our 2 grandchildren (twin 4 yr olds) to KFC North Geelong Victoria and most times we are served by a mature age lady by the name of Wendy. Wendy always makes a fuss of them and gives very quick service in a timely manner. Her attitude to all her customers is fantastic with patience and always with a smile. I once saw her deal with a very difficult customer who was being very rude and changing her mind couple of times with her order Wendy dealt with this person with patience and with a smile.

Benalla KFC is the worst I’ve been to, its messy never clean tables, floors are ferrel, staff slow and never have what u ask for, always waiting over 18 min for chicken to cook. I’ve seen staff who are not working a shift come in to eat through food n spit on chairs. Not happy. I end up crossing the road for maccas as its quicker, I only come to KFC because my son likes it, if it wasn’t for him I never would visit benalla KFC.

Hi , I recently ordered meals at 9828 benowa KFC , 26/10/2014 at 1:45 pm through the drive through , my order totalled $39.80 after receiving the three meals continued home with my family to consume … On opening my ultimate box meal up sized I found the small piece of chicken to reflect the size of a sparrow , chips to be not fresh and No napkins , at all or spoon for potato and gravy ??? And to add insult two rather suspicious looking hairs in the box next to the chicken piece !!! I then drove 10 minutes to return to the store to walk in to only receive an ordinary apology , and exchange of purchase , which I was hesitant to consume …. I responded to the staff member that I would not be back to this store again ….
So is this your usual policy ???

Ok here is the deal I visited the whyalla store to get a burger box for my team at work for our road trip away, and it was absolutely awful and didnt even include everything advertised. Now I believe in second chances so we went there again on this road trip only to have our order blatantly ignored we asked for twisters which are advertised as part of the burger boxes and certainly didnt ask for anything zinger as some of my team cant eat spicy food and nuggets and popcorn chicken werent included again. Now this is not good enough but I understand kfc provides first jobs for teenagers however they should not be working at 2pm on a friday
very happy with the food! But service very slow with long waiting time to get served. Most times i have timed & the wait in car can be up to 20 min!!!! Many cars have backed out of line, unless you were unlucky to boxed in!!!!

Ordered a zesty wrap last night (the sort on tv in the adds) in Emerald Qld. Paid $7.75 for it. Got home and found I had a wrap with two pieces of chicken, each piece no bigger than my thumb, that is no thicker than my thumb and no longer than my thumb, with maybe two spoons of some sort of salsa folded up in a wrap. Now I’m not a big eater, but I’m pretty sure that what i see on the add is whay bigger than what I got last night. The add shows two pieces of chicken sticking out of the top of a wrap and it is a man holding something that looks big (unless he has very small hands). What I paid $7.75 for was nothing but robbery. Do KFC Emerald still think we are a mining town and that everyone here has money. Well they ort to have a good look around because the main population in Emerald now is country folk. Anyway nobody should be ripped off like they totally ripped me off last night.
No chips in two piece feed paid for a sweet and sour sauce didn’t recieve it and got our food after a lady that ordered 3 people after us

My family and I are regular customers to KFC over the past 20 years or so, we have found that the customer service has dropped rated out of 10 I would give 2 and the other is the cleanliness of stores very very bad 1 out 10 I’m finding customers are wiping the tables than the staff really is that supposed to happen !!
Bought nuggets for my grand daughter this arvo at Shellharbour. Service was good and the nuggets were that fresh I had to wait 3 minutes for them to cook. Awesome!!!
