KFC Survey get a free drink on your next visit (purchases required)
KFC is offering a free 600ml drink by doing a short survey about your recent visit to there store.
Here is how it works when you purchase anything at KFC you will be given a receipt, then scan the QR code on the receipt, fill out the survey and you will then receive a coupon code via email within 24 hours.
Then on you next visit when you spend $4.95 or more you can claim your reward.

I recently attended the Belmont KFC for lunch and got two box meals. When I got to the window for the box meals (as I already had my drinks) she awkwardly handed me the two boxes. I asked before this if she had a bag to place them in and she said no that they were trying to reduce their plastic usage.
Customer service has gone completely the wrong way around. If this is actually the case regarding saving the environment then I applaud the effort but it is awkward and annoying that I have to carry two boxes two drinks and anything else I have as I wasn’t eating in my car. As I suspect it is a cost saving measure then please buy some bags for your two handed customer as it makes life easier.

my wife just brought k f c for our self and grand kids at Melton store 1382 at 4:10 PM it was dry and over cooked very unhappy spuds gravy good rolls tasted sour boys would not eat chicken do not blame them think twice about bying it again
look at the kwianna one the toilets were not very nice and the food had a lot of fat on them but I dont live in perth so you know it was different not the best in the world

On the 12th july i placed an order at cessnock kfc drive through. The operator read my order back and when I paid I thought it was expensive.
I read the receipt and noticed that my order had more on it than I had ordered.
When I proceeded to the pick up window the order was read back to me and I said it was incorrect, they fixed the order up and money was reimbursed.
This is not the first time this has happened and in other instances food has been left out MULTIPLE TIMES.
When you have driven off and find that food has been left out or we have been given the wrong order it is another 20 minute wait to go back .
Why does this happen?
Why do the operators read your order back so fast that you cannot understand them?

KFC at Nerang, I ordered a Family Feast(take-away),the chicken were lovely, but a bit dissapointed with the lost of count by one of your staff:/.By the time i got home & opened the box, there was supposed to be 10 original pieces, unfortunely I only got 9 original pieces. Wt a rip off, can get away with saving $$$ by wrong count!!!
Bomaderry is always clean and the food always really good. Just get there..

On a recent visit to kfc like 20 minutes ago a frend and i purchaced 2 meals he got half a box of chips we both didnt get paper towls the alcohol wipes or spoon or fork very poor kfc 😦

I went to KFC @ woy Woy Stood in line for 15 minutes, They had run out of everything the service was appalling I witnessed two dissatisfied customers who stood in line for a simular amount of time as there orders had items missing from them. How can you expect to run a reliable operation when you only employ school kids When we finally received our meal my daughters meal had about eight fries in the box but I wasn’t going back for another long weight.
hey just want to say that kfc is great but should change where they get their coleslaw because we get more old ones more than we get fresh ones. thats the only fault with you guys but keep up the good work. thanks QLD
Awsome food and service
Original recipe is OK but I could only eat it about twice a year. Hot & spicy is my favourite.
I agree with Louise the coleslaw I received from Atherton wasn’t as niceas it usually is from other KFC outlets. The rest of the order was delicious and the service was beyond great !
