forest Hill kfc gave me a senior discount without even asking, they were very friendly, food Zinger burger was tasty. I regret that kfc does not offer coffee and tea, I do not like soft drinks.

I was at Fairfield kfc today and i had great service. The cheap as chips meal tasted great.

I always order my daughter the kids popcorn chicken meal now I always swap drink for potato and gravy when I get my meal usually zingger meal I ask can I swap the 2 drinks for a large potato and gravy they say no but we can give u 2 small 1’s $4.75
I visited the hermit park store through the drive threw 6/6/14 , I ordered a bacon cheese fillet burger less the lettuce & mayo & got a fillet burger less bacon & cheese ? Not happy the person on the window did not hear me because I had to tell him twice & he still got it wrong !!!!!!!!
Service was swift and very polite . Certainly makes a difference.
The service from the lady at drive through was exceptional and has been from her every time she has been there when I attend the Penrith store on Northern Road,NSW.
KFC at Calder park south bound nothing worse then cold food very disappointed
The warrnambool store has real product quality problems – last nights Hot Wings were undercooked and there was hardly any coating on them … to top it off the ten piece chicken pack had 4 wings, 2 drumsticks and 4 thighs … NO breast or rib pieces at all … half the time we order from this store we a disappointed, but they are the only store for 100 klms, which is why they can get away with such poor quality I guess.

Ordered original fillet burger on 29/5/14 in murray bridge. Order numbers 1030, 1064 Loved the flavor but there was only about 4 pieces of lettuce on burger, very disappointing. Rang them up and was told u only put 20grams of lettuce on burgers. I did think that would be more than 4 pieces, maybe I’m wrong but I don’t think so. Ordered another that night for tea with crispy strips and was the same amount of lettuce, very disappointing plus strips were dry. This time I rang and complained and got free meal the following week. Crispy strips were beautiful but once again lacked lettuce on burger. I don’t go to KFC very often but I can assure u burger doesn’t look like picture on menu board, lush green lettuce and lots of it
The only problem is that when you order the 10 piece packs, the pieces are very tiny, that’s disappointing. Love our KFC though. But please when u ask for a few legs you are lucky to get one. 😦

We quite often have kfc as a treat in our house as its one of the family’s favourite take always. Really hate complaining but our orders have been stuffed up lately more times than they have got the orders right! I always go into the store either at elizabeth S.A or the new Muno Para S.A store as its alot easier speaking to a person than the drive thru box. First complaint we asked for a hot and spicey twister and got given a salsa twister (I think it’s called), instead and we were missing the chips. Next time we asked for a hot and spicey twister combo with extra chicken salt on the chips and some crispy strips with BBQ sauce and a kids grilled chicken twister with no tomato and no mayo. This time the twister was fine but the crispy strips were soggy And under cooked, the kids grilled twister had mayo and tomato. Lucky I checked before I left the store as my son wouldn’t eat it like that. They re -made it but still put mayo on then I took it back again and said on the grilled chicken twister just put the wrap lettuce and chicken! 3rd time lucky they got it right again lucky I checked before I left the store. They did Ask if I wanted a free drink for the mix up but I said no I just would like my order right the first time! They also gave us no bbq sauce! Lastly the chips have gone down hill under cooked or stale tasting And even when you specifically ask for extra chicken salt they never have any salt on them at all. Kfc is one of the dearer take away meals and it is one of our favourite and we don’t have take away often so when we do we would like to enjoy the meal we ordered how we ordered it! What’s the point in taking orders and them being up on the screen if they can’t serve you what you asked for?? Hopefully our next visit will be better.
Manners are free. Perhaps somrone should educate the Huntrr st Newcastle store. I didnt get a “what would you like”, “it will cost xx$ please”, no “thankyou” for handing over the cash and no “heres your order”. My food was just plonked on the counter with no acknowledgement to me , the paying customer, the one keeping the smarmy little cow in a job.
Additionally, the floor was littered with rubbish and food. Being around 4.15pm with only 1 other customer I could have thought at least 1 of the 4 staff could have come out and cleaned it
Would not bye from again giving people there food first that came after us. It took 8 to 10 min and the food was cold this KFC was at Garden City oh and we also notice that they forgot other people order as well. NOT GOOD SERVICE AT ALL

I ordered a 10pcs of wicked wings and I get chicken strips that’s not what I ordered and I have to drive all the way back and forward I want my money back. Really upset with the service! standing there for quite long time but there’s no others customers in the store staffs was just chatting but at the end still got my ordered wrong! !
When I went back to the store I ask for exchange and refund. I only get to exchange but no refunds!! I drive through and back who gonna paid for my patrol and time? Because of their mistake!!
And the store manager keep saying to us peoples make mistakes repeatedly several time, but that is not my problem!! Your stuffs make a mistake u have to deal with them not your customer have suffered with that (there is not customerss are always right in kfc)and he make me feel like I begging for money i feel so humiliate at that point. Im a royal customer of kfc but it seen like kfc have no more customers service and kfc have worry about losing just one customer because u still have plenty of the customers what a ego attitude!! It was my worse experience ever with kfc I only can say to myself it a just bad luck for me..
